What changes, when
Six months, and nothing worth judging before month three.
Sperm take about seventy-four days to make, so the first two months are honest groundwork rather than results. We would rather show you that than imply a faster win.
Zinc, B12, folate and vitamin D come back into range. Nothing you can feel yet, and that is normal.
The first thing most men actually notice. Morning erections and energy usually move before any sperm marker does.
Day 90. The sperm in this sample were built under the new conditions — the first fair comparison against your baseline.
If heat or oxidative damage was your raised driver, this is the window where the numbers change.
Waist, HbA1c and blood fats are slower than everything else, and they lift the rest when they move.
Day 180. Continue, change strength, or stop. If nothing moved we say that plainly rather than sell a refill.
You keep both reports and the comparison between them, and we point you at the specialist worth seeing. A protocol that did not work is information, not a reason for a refill.
A sperm takes roughly seventy-four days to be built. Anything measured before that is reading the old batch — which is why a four-week before-and-after means nothing here.
Windows vary by which driver is raised: nutrient shortfalls correct fastest, metabolic markers slowest. Your own report carries your dates.
Why a protocol
Four jobs, one ninety-day window.
Sperm take about seventy-four days to make. Everything below is timed to that one fact.
Your report names the ones your own numbers call for — usually two of the four — and says plainly which would be a waste of your money.
Honest expectations
Where you actually sit, and whether we can help.
Five stages. Two we treat, one needs a doctor first, one needs a specialist, and one needs nothing at all. Your report names yours on day one — before you have spent anything.
Nothing is wrong yet. Twelve months of trying is the definition, and most couples get there inside it.
We would not sell you anything. Fix the free things — shower temperature, laptop, four eggs a week — and keep going.
Count or motility a little below the line, or a clear nutrient shortfall. The most common result we see.
This is what the protocol is for. Usually two formulas, standard strength, re-tested at day 90.
More than one marker down, or fragmentation over 25% — the reading a standard semen test never takes.
Protocol at intensive strength, with a doctor reading the hormone panel alongside us. Slower, and we will say so.
A swollen vein, a blockage, or a genuinely low signal from the brain. You would not feel most of these.
A doctor goes first. We hand over the full report, then pick up afterwards for the damage it left behind.
Nothing you would ever notice. Only a test shows it, and it needs a genetic workup rather than a supplement.
We stop here and say so on day one. A fertility specialist, and retrieval or ICSI if it comes to that.
Stages are read from your own results against WHO 2021 ranges, not from a photograph or a questionnaire alone. Nothing here is a diagnosis.
